1. SHIPPING
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing times may vary during product launches, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.
Order processing time is separate from shipping and transit time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, applicable charges, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, customs procedures, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we anticipate a material delay beyond the promised shipping timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Shipping Address and Order Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@Forbsedge.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
FORBSEDGE is not responsible for additional costs or delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Delivery Issues and Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, building management, or the shipping carrier, where applicable.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact shop@Forbsedge.com with your order number and tracking details. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in reviewing the shipment.
Any delivery issue will be assessed based on the available tracking information and relevant circumstances. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, all such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. FORBSEDGE does not control these charges and cannot determine their amount in advance.
Customers are responsible for understanding applicable import requirements and charges before placing an order.
If a customer declines to pay applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees and the shipment is delayed, refused, or returned as a result, the customer may be responsible for resulting shipping, return, storage, or handling costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any refund in such circumstances will be assessed in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
Customs inspections and clearance procedures may result in delivery delays beyond our control.
2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return requests must be submitted within this period, and items must satisfy the return conditions below.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- In their original condition, with all original tags attached.
- Free from stains, odors, damage, alterations, or signs of wear.
- Returned with original packaging and included accessories, where applicable.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be ineligible for a return, subject to applicable law.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale or clearly identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns due to a change of mind, except where required by applicable law.
This restriction does not affect any rights or remedies relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products under applicable law.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email shop@Forbsedge.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- Provide the reason for your return.
- Wait for return instructions and authorization from our team.
- Send the item to the return address provided and retain your shipping and tracking information.
Please do not send returns to the address on your original shipping label unless we have confirmed that it is the correct return location.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us before returning it. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where otherwise required by law.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the customer's payment provider and financial institution.
Any refund required by law will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be subject to different refund rules depending on the circumstances and applicable law. FORBSEDGE cannot guarantee reimbursement of fees collected directly by customs authorities or other third parties.
Exchanges and Sizing
Customers seeking a different size or an exchange should contact shop@Forbsedge.com before sending an item back.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, our team will discuss the available options.
Please review product descriptions and the available size guide carefully before placing an order.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email shop@Forbsedge.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where possible.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact shop@Forbsedge.com as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped. If an order cannot be cancelled, it may be eligible for a return under this policy.
If FORBSEDGE cannot fulfill an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
5. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Delivery and processing may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs delays, government actions, and other unforeseen events.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and assist customers where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy excuses our obligations to fulfill orders or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
